Frequently asked questions
How much does sofa cleaning cost?
The price depends on the number of seats: from CHF 150.– for a 2-seater up to CHF 250.– for a 6-seater. The quoted price is fixed — no surprises on site. For an exact quote, send a photo on WhatsApp.
How long does drying take?
Usually between 6 and 12 hours, depending on the fabric, the padding thickness and how well the room is ventilated. You can use your sofa or mattress the next morning.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use professional chlorine-free products designed for textiles. Once drying is complete, the surface is safe for children and pets alike.
Do you remove every stain?
Fresh stains almost always come out completely. For old or set-in stains, the result depends on the fabric: in practice, an improvement of 85 to 95%. We assess each case honestly on site — and you approve the result before paying.
How do I count the seats on my sofa?
Count how many people can sit comfortably: a 3-seater seats three. Not sure? Send a photo on WhatsApp — we'll confirm the size and price within minutes.
Do you work on Saturdays?
Yes. We work Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 18:00.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No — you pay after the service. Booking requires no prepayment: you pay once you've approved the result.
